Clean rooms with a really friendly staff. Very reasonably priced and a great location with a lot of local great food options. The location is away from the tourist area but not so far that you can't easily get to anywhere you want to go. Over all a great place to stay I would highly recommend!

Nos encantó la experiencia, la habitación muy bonita y limpia, la cama perfecta, estacionamiento incluído, aire acondicionado, baño con agua caliente, wifi muy bueno y un cafecito a la mañana de cortesía super rico. Y todo eso por un precio súper económico. Sobresaliente la atención de los dueños excelente y cálida. Nos dejaron hacer el cheking más tempranito. Lo súper recomiendo, cuando vuelva a Cozumel ya sabemosdonde nos quedaremos!!

Muy buen hotel, en lo personal me quedé por 3-4 noches y en todas dormí muy bien, un lugar un poco apartado del centro pero eso lo hace que no haya mucho ruido y poder descansar bien. Nos quedamos en la habitación tipo apartamento y por el precio estábamos muy satisfechos. El personal es muy amable y recomiendan lugares muy bonitos y a buen precio. Nos sorprendieron con detalle a mi novia por su cumpleaños y eso nos encantó, sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar.

Very friendly staff, even though we arrived later they were still very kind and helpful. Also learned some mayan from the receptionist. Cool experience!

This hotel is definitely worth the price, and the service was nice! Bianca at the front desk is a lovely and kind woman who's very helpful. Thanks for all you've done for us Bianca! DON'T let this take away from the rest of the staff though! All of the staff is extremely helpful! Depending on the room you choose, depends on the amenities. In our room, we didn't have a fridge nor a microwave, but we had 1 double bed, a twin, a fouton, a TV, a posh table with little chairs that slid underneath and a normal padded sitting chair. The water flow in the bathroom of the room we were in was bad. Perhaps bad pipes? Or just a bad city pump system? Anyways, the flow was slow. The water was super soft, but it's pretty much this way all over the island unless you're at a resort with water filtration systems and such. If you want affordable, this is your place. If you want quiet over all, this probably isn't your place. The hotel is located on Avienda Juarez and 45 Avienda Sur... Juarez is the main drag from the mid-Western end of the island to the mid-eastern end of the island. As such, it's a bit of a busy street. If you have one of the rooms in the main building along Juarez, you may not like the noise. In the center of the property, there's building with more rooms which is a bit more quiet. Exiting the building turn left to go into town. Turn right to go away from town. There is an Oxxo Convenience store only about 100 feet or so to the right of the hotel. Overall, our experience, minus a few minor inconveniences, this hotel is great for those who want to save money and see the sights. It's especially great for divers who want to spend more money on diving, like we do! We highly recommend this hotel, and will likely stay here in the future!

El personal es muy agradable y colaborador, 100 para el servicio. Cualquier consulta te ayudan a evacuar tus dudas y dan buenas recomendaciones. Para una amante del café, como yo, tener la cortesía de una taza calentita de café todas las mañanas, es un detalle encantador. La habitación me pareció básica pero cubría tus necesidades principales, toallas y ropa de cama siempre frescas y limpias, además olían bien y hay aire acondicionado. La habitación tenía una minicocina con barra y sillas, sin embargo, aunque habían alacenas, extractor de grasa y fregadero para los trastes, no había ningún articulo para cocinar, ni una sartén electrica, ni una plantilla, nada. Me pareció un desperdicio de espacio, pues equipar este espacio aún con lo mínimo potenciaría muchísimo la habitación, pero la cocina estaba solo como decoración desde mi punto de vista. Había agua caliente en la ducha y funcionaba muy bien, con buena presión y temperatura. El wifi funcionaba bien, aunque dentro de la habitación la cobertura era un poco más lenta. No había agua filtrada donde rellenar botellas o de dónde beber, soy de un país donde puedes tomar agua del grifo, así que me hubiera gustado que tuvieran agua disponible a la necesidad de los huéspedes, solamente te dan una botella pequeña al check in. El tiempo que me quedé estaban trabajando en reparaciones de la infraestructura, pues sí eran evidentemente necesarios, pero me queda la impresión de que almenos ya lo están cubriendo. La ubicación es funcional, pero un poco alejado del centro, y de las playas, pues hay que caminar por lo menos 30 o 35 minutos para llegar a la playa más cercana. Aunque este aspecto juega a favor al estar alejado del bullicio pues en las noches duermes sin ruido. En general diría que es un alojamiento funcional que con un poco de empeño y amenidades para los huéspedes sería maravilloso!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable room, great service. Very basic (AC, TV, hot water, no fridge & microwave), but that's all you need if you don't cook during your vacation. Location is very strategic - near a minimarket, pharmacy across the road, restaurants including Casa Mission. Only around 10 minutes walk from the plaza (depends on how fast you walk for sure)
